I had my solar panels installed by Tony of Salt Solar Noosaville, just over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After doing some research I decided to get a new 13kVA solar system installed at Cooroy from Salt Solar at Rene Street Noosaville.
Tony called in same day on route to another job to discuss the options and sent a proposal same day. The installer team are very knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed on the designated day. Can highly recommend Salt Solar and look forward to upgrading to battery back up when the technology becomes viable for me the near future.
Update.. 20/12/2024 New owners of Salt Solar have installed 24kw Battery Back up which also allowed the installing of an additional 7kw array of solar panels. This brings total Solar panels to 20kw.
Since installation 20/12/2024 we have not used any power from the grid. The Sungrow 9999 watt hybrid inverter will recharge the battery from the night usage by 8.30am with the longer summer days. This system looks tidy and is accessible on the Sungrow app to monitor usage.

We chose SALT Solar for a major upgrade to our existing solar system. After speaking to Jason and receiving a full written proposal we went with SALT. Jason is an owner of the company and knows his solar back to front. The quote was very comprehensive and provided several suitable options and cost benefit alternatives. We felt SALT would be the best option for us. The installation team were excellent to deal with and we had complete confidence in Nathan, Mitch and the rest of the team. Very respectful around our property and polite enthusiastic young guys. The system was up and running in a day and meets all our expectations. As I learn how it performs Jason has been happy to answer all my questions. We also have the Catch Relay installed and solar is now heating our water. Brilliant.

The installation team are very experienced, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to leave during install but they called me to let me know how everything went and walked me through the entire process of setting up my new system. They made sure my system was functioning correctly and left my property spotless after installation. SALT solars attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident every step of the way from my initial site inspection with Jason to the Installation and the customer service team keeping me informed on the progress throughout the way.
